TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply when you visit Good Hair Global, use our website, contact The GHG Desk, or place an order with us. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.
THE COLLECTION
We take care to represent each piece as accurately as possible through our photography, descriptions and product information. Hair is a natural material. Variations in colour, texture, density and length may occur from one piece to another. Colour may also appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other payment methods available at checkout.
BESPOKE ORDERS
Bespoke pieces are prepared specifically for the individual order. Full payment is required before production begins. Change-of-mind refunds are not available once production begins, subject to applicable statutory rights. You are responsible for confirming your specifications before production, including length, density, texture, colour, cap size and style. Once production begins, a bespoke order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind. This does not limit statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Bespoke production may take up to 21 business days, depending on the piece and its specifications. Reference images are welcome. We will work towards the requested result, although slight variations may occur due to the nature of the hair and construction.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, customs, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate. Good Hair Global is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. International clients are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Our pieces are personal-use products. Change-of-mind returns are not offered once an order has been processed, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Bespoke pieces are prepared to agreed specifications. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact The GHG Desk as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Discretionary store credit may be agreed with the client. Where applicable consumer law entitles you to a monetary refund, store credit will not replace that entitlement. CARE & USE
Our hair is selected for its quality and longevity. Its condition over time depends on how it is worn, styled, installed, stored, and maintained. Good Hair Global is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, excessive heat, chemical treatments, colouring, installation or alterations carried out by a third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything that makes Good Hair Global recognisable belongs to the House. This includes our name, logo, imagery, videos, graphics, copy, product descriptions, website design and visual identity. Our content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
USE OF OUR CONTENT
Without written permission from Good Hair Global, you may not: Copy, reproduce, or republish our content Use our imagery, videos or written content commercially Use our name or logo in a way that suggests an affiliation Alter or create derivative works from our content You are welcome to enjoy and share our public content for personal use through the sharing tools provided on our social platforms. When sharing our content, please keep it intact and credit Good Hair Global.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you send us photographs or reference images, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. Where you provide photographs, reviews or testimonials specifically for a Good Hair Global feature, you permit us to use them for that purpose. You may withdraw this permission by contacting The GHG Desk.
COPYRIGHT CONCERNS
If you believe your work has been used on our website without permission, please contact The GHG Desk with details of the work and where it appears. Requests for permission to use Good Hair Global content should also be directed to The GHG Desk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Hair Global is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Where liability applies, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
